In Haarlem With Iris

Iris came to Poolland to pick me and Kent up for a weekend in Haarlem!

She has a beautiful house with huge windows and really nice tall tall ceilings (Genitta you would LOVE this place!!!)

Kent really got attached to this guy...

Iris has two stories to her house but I only took pictures of the bottom floor. As I said it was very bright and clean looking with the decorating.

It started to rain so me and Kent really enjoyed our "European" umbrella's

There were beautiful churches to see in Haarlem...

Good beer (grumpy little waiter) and easy going shops :)

We enjoyed the afternoon lounging around and watching them set up for the jazz festival.

We went back to Iris' for dinner...

I love all the buildings in Haarlem!

Then headed back downtown for the FESTIVAL...

It was a blast...

This is our SLUG beer (look closely)...

Iris and Kent danced and sang all nice... I really enjoyed the festival but did not dance or sing as much.

Haarlem is a great place to visit... we're coming back for dinner next Friday :)
