Amsterdam

Tuesday Team Koomen headed out for a day in Amsterdam!

We had a nice little tour of the red light district...

Plus a stroll thru the "smelly" section of Amsterdam to check out the multitude of coffee shops :)

We had a nice walk thru Amsterdam and ended up at the wax museum!

Kent got to hang out with Bob Marley!

Mom found her boyfriend George Michael...

and I hung out for a little while with Mr. George Clooney :)

We found a few hands that were quite interesting as well!

We found a really nice Irish pub that had a bunch of english food which made mom very happy.

Then we hopped on a boat tour of the canals in Amsterdam.

This is an old pirate ship that is in the Amsterdam canals...

and then we got a little side tracked and went for a death march across Amsterdam... poor mom's legs and feet were a little bit tired afterwards.

We did see an amazing street entertainer during dinner that was probably the highlight of the trip.


It was a pretty long day but I am really glad that we got to see Amsterdam.
