Recovery

Today is the recovery day. I actually didn't feel too bad but that is probably because I refused to get out of bed for most of the day. I got up about 1:30pm and mu lungs ached! I was totally out of my asthma inhaler medication so I walked to Co-op to see if they would refill it. No luck since my last prescription is from 1999... I had to get a new prescription, so off I went hiking up to the Braeside Walk in Clinic across from the leisure centre. I finally got in to see the doctor, got a new prescription in about two seconds and then went on back to the Co-op and got it filled. The walk to the clinic and around the neighborhood cleared out my lungs so by the time I got it I didn't even really need it! I grabbed some orange juice and hung out for the rest of the day on the computer.
