Cadet Lisa Holdsworth

One of our cadets at 604 "Moose" Suadron was presented with a very distinguished award tonight. Lisa helped an older gentleman who was in a bicycle accident last year and performed CPR on the man until paramedics were able to arrive.

Lisa had just taken her first aid training with the cadets two weeks earlier. The older gentleman hit a young man on his bike and Lisa went to help the younger man while an older man helped the injured older man. The other man was having no luck performing CPR and Lisa jumped right in and kept the man alive until help arrived.

Everyone at the squadron is really proud of Lisa!
